Darwin goggles are made of added polycarbonate.
Polycarbonate (PC) is a material with very high mechanical strength but limited dynamic strength. For this reason, our glasses are produced by adding to the virgin PC granule a percentage of ABS, a polymer with elastic fibers that incredibly increases its resistance to twisting and bending.
The lenses, also made of PC, provide originalultraviolet protection and maximum impact resistance.
The result is lightweight yet sturdy eyewear that is ideal for everyday wear.
